The property is located in the central part of the town, opposite the Town Hall. It is 500 metres from the Giro Lago and 5 kilometres from the Chiapili hamlet, where there is the area of Perabacù, with an accessible services area. The closest visitors centre is the one dedicated to Homo et Ibex around 2,5 km.[/collapse]

The parking area is close to the structure with a sufficiently suitable route, but it's lack in signs and calling devices.
In the parking area, at the moment, there is not a place dedicated to disabled, considering also the minimum spaces of the area itself. The ground is asphalt and there are no obstacles between the parking area and the path that leads to the structure entrance.

The main entrance is placed at the first floor, and it's reachable only through an external stair. The structure doesn't have ascents able to carry a wheelchair. The metal stair is equipped with an handrail.
The structure entrance (swing door width with an inward opening) is, according to the law, enough for a wheelchair movements. There are no obstacles of any kind, the moving spaces and the pavement are suitable enough. There are no aids for blind people or visually impaired. [/collapse]

[collapse title=Accessible rooms]The structure has two accessible rooms, a double and a quadruple. In both rooms the entrance results accessible and doesn't have obstacles; the entrance door is sufficiently wide with a traditional opening system. Spaces within the room are wide so to guarantee a wheelchair movements.
Inside the bedrooms there are bathrooms with traditional furnitures, but next to them there is also a shared bathroom. It has an access without gradient with sufficient moving space. The sink is disabled suitable, while the other fittings are traditional but usable enough; the shower has a reclining seat but the shower tray is not at the floor level. The hygienic service is equipped with juxtaposed sustaining handles.
